We at Oliver & Spence take the management client website serious. One key website management feature is to ensure a website is safe from hackers by keeping the website software up to date. Hackers look for vulnerabilities in old, out-dated versions of themes, plugins and even WordPress itself. Their goal is to find ways into a website and perform nefarious deeds. We must stay vigilant and properly protected. We do all the heavy lifting and give you peace of mind that your website is safe and secure, and if something goes wrong we can fix it.
We understand that not all websites are treated equal, nor are clients’ budgets. With that, we offer a variety of plan options and payment schedules.

Plan Features
We offer three options for website software management and general hosting.
Basic Plan – Designed for smaller websites (1-3 pages), and it covers the very basic needs to keep your website safe, secure and running smoothly with quarterly website software updates (see details below).
Standard Plan – designed for the average sized website (3-7 pages), and it gives all the Basics plus more more storage, free domain renewal, and Google Analytics (see details below).
Premium Plan – designed for the larger, more complex websites like e-commerce. It gives all the Standard Features plus unlimited storage, enhanced Optimization, Google Search (SEO), and monthly website software updates (see details below).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL e-commerce sites must use the Premium Plan due to the extra complexity and size of the website.

Plan Schedules
Website Update Schedule
How often do you want your website updated? For large and/or e-commerce websites generally there is far more software required to run the website. More software means more potential updates. Therefore, we require monthly updates with these types of sites. As for smaller less complex websites, the quarterly updates should suffice.
- Monthly – at least once a month we update your website software
- Quarterly – every quarter we update your website software
Payment Schedule
We understand budgets can be a concern so we offer two payment schedule options:
- Monthly – to keep payments lower, go with the month to month payment option
- Annually – pay the full plan annually and save compared to monthly payment option

What if I have two websites?
If you have two websites we offer a multisite discount. This option is only available for Premium Plans.
Do I have to use a credit card?
Short answer is: Yes you do. However, if for some reason it is not possible, please complete the Website Management Inquiry form below and we will try to make the necessary arrangements. This exception only applies to annual payment schedules.
Can I change my plan?
Yes you can upgrade of downgrade at any time. The effective change will occur at the next renewal cycle.
Do I really need Premium?
Well, that depends. If you have a large website or an e-commerce website you do, or if being found on Google is important to you, then yes.
Can I manage my own website?
Yes you can but unfortunately not while your website is being hosted on our server. If you wish to manage your website, please submit a Transfer Notice below to inform us that you wish to transfer your website to another hosting provider of your choice.
What If I Don't Need My Website Anymore?
We are sorry to hear that but it is quite simple process. Complete the Transfer/Terminate form below indicating you want to terminate your website. We complete the termination at the end of the next renewal. We will back up your website and give you access to it. Please see out Term & Conditions page for more information.
