Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We take the security of your information seriously. We do not store your credit card information. We do not sell or share any of your information with any 3rd party businesses.

We have two options for you: PayPal or Credit Card.
What Information Is Stored After My Purchase?
In order for us to create an account, we only store your basic information: name, email, address, and your login information. NO credit card information is stored on our website nor on our server. All credit card information is securely store at Stripe (see above).

What if I need more than is in the packages?
We can definitely help you with that. There really isn’t anything that we cannot build into a website. We offer many add-ons al-a-carte so you can select the options that are right for you and your business. If it is something more customized, we would need to fully assess the requested functionality, determine a budget and give you an estimate of the additional costs.
Do you payment plans for your packages?
Our payment structure is simple and straightforward. For all packages we require an initial payment at the start of the project. Your subsequent payments are due the same day of the following month from the start of the project. Your payments will automatically be processed for the full term of your plan: 3, 6, or 12 months. With all payment plans, except 3 month, there is a small financing charge applied and is amortized across your payments.
Your payment options are: pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Paypal, and if necessary corporate cheques (no personal cheques). Please note: If you prefer to be invoiced and pay by cheque, it will significantly delay the progress of the project.
How long does it take for my website to be launched?
That is tough to say because the time to launch a website is based on many factors like amount of content, added features or web pages, and the packaged selected. For our base packages as described, they generally range from 4 – 6 weeks from initial discovery meeting to website going live..
How is the website built?
All of our websites are designed and customized on the WordPress platform. WordPress is the worlds most popular platform, it is free to use and update, and there are hundreds of software add-ons that make it very powerful. You website comes with all required software to ensure your website is secure and runs smoothly.
What if my website gets hacked?
All of our websites are designed with security as a top priority so that your website is not hacked. As part of our Management and Security plan, every month we ensure your WordPress version is kept up-to-date so there are no vulnerabilities with your website. Then we make sure that all the software running your website is updated and are compatible with most current version of WordPress.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an email once your order has been packaged, and has begun the shipping process.
Once it has been shipped you will then be able to track your order. Generally, your item is shipped within 3-5 days of your order being placed. Please note that once your order is shipped, you may not cancel without penalty (see Return Policy for full details).
How long does it take to get my order?
United States: 1-2 weeks (standard shipping)
Canada: 2-3 weeks (standard shipping)
Australia: 2-3 weeks (standard shipping)
New Zealand: 2-3 weeks (standard shipping)
United Kingdom : 2-4 weeks (standard shipping)
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $100 before taxes, the shipping is absolutely FREE! Otherwise, there is a small $10 shipping fee per order.
